Stratford at Pelican Bay is a high-rise condo completed in 1984 located on the southern end of Pelican Bay off Crayton Road.
Views consist of Gulf, Outer Clam Bay, and preserves. Ribbon views of the Gulf of Mexico begin on the third floor and intensify as you increase elevation. Because of the layout of this high-rise, condos begin on the 3rd floor even though they can be described as first-floor condos, so your views will be better on the lower floors in this condo building compared to other off-beach condo buildings.
Two-bedroom condos begin at just over 1,700 square feet of living space and increase in size to nearly 4,000 square feet of living space. Some Stratford at Pelican Bay property owners reconfigures their floor plans by taking in their screened lanai and adding more air-conditioned square footage. You'll want to make a special note if you prefer an outside lanai.
A tennis court, pickleball court, an exercise room, and a huge sparkling pool are just some of the amenities found at Stratford.
